Importing Risks

Importing Risks in Risk Management

Clicking the Import button will display the Import Risks child window.

In order to view and import Risks from another Project, a Project must be selected from the "Import from Project" drop-down at the top. The drop-down is populated with any Projects that have Risks identified.

Both the Risk Profile and Search Risks features are available to help find the correct Risks to import.

From the Import button there are two options for importing Risks:

Import All - Import all Risks returned with the current search criteria. Please note: Risks on all returned pages will be imported.

Import Selected - Import any currently displayed Risks that have been checked in the Import column of the DataGrid. To check all Risks use the Check All button at the bottom of the child window.

Upon successful import the Import Risks child window will close, a success message will be displayed at the bottom of the application and the last of the newly imported Risks will be selected.

Importing Risks in Documents

Documents that contain Risks have the ability to import Risks from other Projects via the Import feature of the Document.

Clicking the Import button will display the Import Document child window.

In order to view and import Risks from another Project, a Project must be selected from the "Import from Project" drop-down at the top. The drop-down is populated with any other Projects in the application.

From the import button there are two options for importing Risks within Documents:

Import Current Tab - Imports all data on the currently selected tab. If the intention is to import Risks, the selected tab must be the Risks tab.

Import All - Imports all Document data, including any Risks identified on the Risks tab.

Upon successful import the Import Document child window will close, a success message will be displayed at the bottom of the application and the last of the newly imported Risks will be selected.
