Project on Demand is a full lifecycle Project Management toolset which comprises collaborative workflow management with all the tools and management processes that you need to facilitate a successful project outcome.

Project on Demand guides you through six project phases, each containing a set of recommended goals relating to the production of artefacts or performing specific tasks. Goals can be easily configured so as to incorporate the appropriate level of governance into the Project, this ensures that only goals that add real value to the Project are performed.

How will Project on Demand help me?

Project on Demand provides you with a tried and tested Project Management Workflow Management system which incorporates all the tools that you will need to successfully manage any project within any organisation. The workflow management system, designed to ‘only do the things that add real value’, guides your project through six project phases allowing you to configure each phase to suit your project’s requirements.

How do I download/access Project on Demand?

Project on Demand is only available as a hosted service - Repton Projects handles the hosting and maintenance of the application and any customer data entered into the application.

Keeping all customer data on the same hardware and software version enables us to focus on maintaining an efficient and optimised platform and developing new features for the application instead of troubleshooting server configuration issues with our customers.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is held within a database and is only accessible by you. The data is stored within a secure datacentre and is fully backed up at the end of each day.

What languages does Project on Demand support?

Project on Demand currently only supports the english language, other languages will be made available in the future.

You can use Project on Demand for a little as £15 (GBP) per user / month but don’t forget you can try Project on Demand free for 30 days.

How do I modify my subscription package?

You can easily add and disable Users within the Project on Demand User Maintenance function.

If my subscription ran out, would all the data be lost?

No, your data will be maintained for a period of 12 months after you subscription has expired.

What is the "License Holder" User account?

The very first User account created for a customer will be a "License Holder" Administrator account. This account cannot be downgraded to a Standard or disabled.

How do I remove a User?

User accounts cannot be removed to prevent loss of historical data. Instead User accounts can be set to a Status of Disabled that will prevent the account from being able to login and use the application.

How do I remove a Project?

Project's must have a Status of On Hold or Closed to be removed. Information on how to remove Projects can be found within the Managing Projects article.

How do I access an "Inactive" Project?

"Inactive" Projects have a Status of On Hold or Closed and cannot be accessed until "opened". Instructions for "opening" a Project can be found within the Managing Projects article.
