Business Case

What is the Business Case?

The Business Case is primarily a cost versus benefits analysis.

The Business Case is used throughout the Project’s life and is therefore a ‘living document’. The initial version of the Business Case is written during the initiation Phase of the Project and subsequently updated when significant new information becomes available.
