Configure Project

Various Project properties can be configured on the Project Settings page of Project Maintenance.

Common tasks associated with configuration a Project include:

Edit Project Phase

A Project's Phase determines what stage the Project is currently in, and what Goals are included in the current Phase Progression. The Phase can be changed manually in Project Settings and it will not generate a Decision unlike the Control Points within Phase Progression on the Dashboard.

1 Navigate to Project Settings.
  1. Click the button containing the current Project's details in the left of the application Header - this will display a context menu.

Manage Phase Progression

The Status of Phase Progression Goals associated with the Project's current Phase can be configured manually in Project Settings. Unrequired Goals can be set to a Status of Not Required, this provides the user the ability to apply the appropriate level of governance into the Project, this ensures that only Goals that add real value to the Project are performed.

Instructions for configuring Phase Progression Goals manually in Project Settings are as follows:

Process Step Action within Project on Demand
1 Navigate to Project Settings.
  1. Click the button containing the current Project's details in the left of the application Header - this will display a context menu.

Inaccessible Projects can be opened or removed on the Projects page.
